Jacking up procedure?

You're gonna get a lot of different replies here. There might be something in the manual about it, but I never looked.
If I'm putting it on 4 jack stands, I do the front first. Engage the E-brake. Then start, one side at a time. It won't bend the frame, you'll be fine. Then I jack up the back under the swing arm. Then place your 2 jack stands at corners of the frame.
If you do the back first, MAKE SURE you chock both front wheels, cuz it will roll!!
I've done this several times, and never had an issue. I jack up one side at a time, every time I clean the wheels.
Much easier to clean when you can spinnem!!!

I hear ya brother!!
That had to be scary. I never crawl under a vehicle on jack stands.
It just makes me feel to uneasy. I've had the SS up on them in the front, just to work in the engine compartment so I'm not so bent over. For oil changes, I don't lift it at all. Everything is accessible, no need.
