Hey All,

I’ll be adding a Neutrino fuse box to my 2019 SL and Im wondering if running the power wire to the starter is acceptable rather than all the way back to the battery. I currently have the Assault under hood battery posts installed in the same location. The wire from the starter to the battery seems to be a large enough gauge.

Hmmmm now that I’m thinking about it. The neutrino can handle 60 amps plus the starter draw. This may overload the wire. Back to the battery it is I guess.

I ran my fuse block wire off of the starter, but I'm not pulling 60amps either. I put a 30a fuse before my block off of a relay for switched power. Between radio and a few other accessories, I'm maybe pulling 10a total

Yeah I don’t plan on a heavy load at all. Just wondering if I’m gonna kick my self later if I have to rewire because I get power hungry
