We carry our gear for each of us in each storage bin. So in each bin we have our modular helmets, full rain suits, extra warm weather and cold weather gloves. In my bin I also have a tire plug kit. This time of the also have a extra set of ski mobile gloves.

In the glove box we have our maps, GPS, owner manual, a leatherman tool, and our Scala communicators and chargers and usually my wife's purse.

I also have a plastic bag under the passenger seat with a bottle of dri-wash and applicator, and microfiber cloth and a can of Fix-a-flat.

If we are traveling overnight we take the helmets out of the Bins and pack a backpack for each of us and store in our bins. Then we have carry our helmets or leave them loose in the vehicle if we can see it.

Sometimes we carry a light jacket in warmer weather in case it cools in the evening.

All in all we can accomidate enough gear to ride in all weather and enough for a couple of days on the road .....and usually a Tarus TCP! Just in case!

The SS definitely has better storage than most bikes and as some saddlebags or other add-on storage become available it will have significant storage capacity!

I see I'm not the only one that expected firearms. I spent a few years buying tons of handguns that I thougt would be a good carry piece, but only wound up with a nice collection.

I've only done two days of sub freezing riding, but I've always kept tools, rain gear, and a sweatshirt in case I needed another layer.
