Does the Slingshot have TPM sensors in each tire?

These are standard in most cars today and the tire changers are getting to know how to handle them.

There are many aftermarket tpms systems available for bikes and cars if they are not standard!

No TPMS. Its not a car so not required by law. But yes many aftermarket systems if you would like to add it to your SS. The SS has automotive wheels/tires so systems for cars will work just fine.

EBay also offers some really cheap simple tire pressure monitors that replace the normal air valve cap.
