I'm gonna assume they follow pretty typical practices. They know how many dealers will carry them. They have a number that each will be issued. When they hit that number they will release them. Since they won't give a hard date on release it means that they simply don't know when they will hit that number. Fingers crossed for mid-late September.
I just double checked with my local dealer. Looks like he wont be getting them in till mid to late october and the base model he had is already claimed. Looks like I should be able to see them in the flesh this year but based on those time tables it will be two cold to even bother with a test drive unless i really want to throw on some layers.
