No , i don't think so. There is a gap in the center of the hole so that when they install the seat belt they can put the belt in the slot its supposed to be in. However, it is clear now that it will go back thru the slot and be between the plastic and the storage compartment. Just another thing to look out for . You will know because the seat belt is slow to retract and harder to pull out. just thread it back down the slot to the correct hole.
You can see in my picture the belt hiding thru the slot that causes it to slide out of place..
