Does any one know if the parts I'm pointing out are welded together? I'm trying to take it apart to get powder coated and I don't want to start hammering parts if they're welded. it doesn't appear so according to the factory diagram. .
got the front calipers polished and smoothed out.

Not sure what your pointing out. Looks like that bolt is threaded into that part. But to remove the puck inside the caliper just wrap the part with a cloth so it won't fly across the room and use a air blower and apply pressure to the hole where you unhooked the brake line from. It should push out the puck. Then take a pointed screwdriver and GENTLY and GRACEFULLY pop out the seal. To be honest you can buy epoxy high heat brake caliper paint and do this waaaaaaay easier with the same look. (if its going to be a standard red or black. Im going to do mine in red.
