Quick Jack - anyone used this?

Looks like it would take care of the tippy/unbalanced issues when lifting a Slingshot. Here's the link: Portable Vehicle Jack System for Garage - QuickJack USA

Just ordered one. Can't wait to see it in action!
Actually it will be 4 but the other two won't arrive till Friday. Still plenty quick, probably since the warehouse is down in SLO/LA area and I'm up here in the East Bay
So I'm about ready to lift Slingky but I'd like to know where on the two long bars under the slingshot should be positioned. If anyone can post a photo of the where the front blocks are under I'd appreciate it! Thanks
Depending on how I want to lift, either further out or closer in, depending on the work, I always target the frame. There is a upside down U shaped frame at one end and tube at the other (can't remember which). I just use the large blocks to clear other parts and make sure I center the block on the frame piece.
No, I don't think the quickjack is that long.

Also, if I'm working on the transmission, or my rear exhaust and I need in t he middle, that'd be kinda tight to get in there between the quick jacks. If you are working on wheels, then yeah, that would be ok.

I think this is where the quickjack will line up, and where I lift at.

Will it be somewhere within the yellow squares? View attachment 177797
Within the yellow squares works great, just be careful when trying to go further to the out side where the frame tends to curve in just keep your blocks centered like wokka mentioned. He obviously had no trouble lifting on the u shaped part of the frame which makes it a lot easier when the ramps are outboard. I didn't think the u frame was strong enough and made a brace that runs across under the u frame, but even better knowing I don,t need it. The Q Jacks work great, enjoy and don't forget to use jack stands if you're going under.

I like those lift points, but was afraid that might be a little tippy toward the front but guess it's stable. Although your's has the quad axel to balance it out. Do those lift points work on the factory setup and not be tippy?
Ok more pics . BTW this is the 5000 model but I also got the extenders to add another 6 " or so. I'd rather not use them for Slingky at the moment.

These are fronts with the block moved to show how far forward and how far back on the plate it can move. I've placed the quickjack within the yellow area of my photo

Just forward of the oil filter

It's right under the oil filter plug so this probably won't be used when I'm changing oil (at least in this configuration)

The rears are positioned just behind the rear cross rail. If you see wokka's drawing with the red squares its the cross beam between the four red squares.

For the moment, I'll be using these for work on the wheels

Oh yea those lift points are solid, but if you have to get in there with a creeper you gotta go wide. Was just wondering if the red square lift points made it tippy on the three wheel bike.
First time I used these mount points, lifted it to the top notch, backed it off to lock it in. Then grabbed the roll hoops and shook the shit out of the sling, to see if it was stable.

If you are concerned with front weight/stability, shift the quick jack forward to other lifting points.

I lift almost at the outside of the frame, to give me plenty of room in the middle, but I'd been working on exhaust a lot lately.

Thanks wokka, all good info, and good to know you can lift on the u channels, it makes it easier to square things up:)
I'll look at mine to make sure this evening, but I'm fairly certain it hasn't caused any issues.
So currently we have two locations where the quickjack can safely lift the Slingshot- the yellow squares from my perspective, which will work if you are only doing wheels, and the magenta from Wokka for centralized work such as exhaust or transmission. Sounds right?

Here's a PDF showing the lift points identified in the 2015 Owner's Manual, the 2015 Service manual and the 2015-17 Service manual. I compiled these lift points for use with wood wheel ramps and stands I made from 2x10 or 2x12, etc. I guess I should just add the whole PDF on making the ramps & stands.

I tried to capture a couple of pics of mine on the lift, to give you an idea of where I'm lifting at. The U channels are fine, no bending or anything.
