Well I needed a new rear tire and had problems removing the lug nuts. After trying a breaker bar I burned out a large impact gun trying to remove them. Had to buy a longer breaker bar and a new deep socket. The stock lug nuts got chewed up.
So I ordered a new set of aftermarket recommended steel lug nuts, the contact area -that rounded part that hits the rim is smaller. Stock is about 24mm the new one is 20mm. The new ones got stuck on the socket , wheel? and I had to back them out and pound them out of the socket. I am looking for a good set of lug nuts that fit -any ideas? thanks Jim
