The Shoei RF-1200 is one of the most popular and well-designed high-performance helmets introduced to the market back in 2014. Today, we would like to introduce its successor, the RF-1400 – a more refined, aerodynamically optimized helmet by this Japanese manufacturer. One of the main advantages Shoei has over the competition is their state-of-the-art wind tunnel where the company’s specialists test their products.
As the result of years of research and development, the RF-1400 helmet was slightly redesigned when compared to the previous model. It produced less drag and lift, features a larger pinlock insert, and offers better ventilation with a more convenient opening and closing vent mechanism at the top. The helmet is DOT and Snell rated, and offers better side impact protection.
