Your paint job looks great. How many washers did you use to get the fender to line up with the tire. I used 4, 2, and 0 and it is still too far to the left. took the tire and fender off tonight and will reinstall tomorrow. I am thinking either 8, 4, 0 or 10, 5, 0.

Well I had mine painted with the paint see above: The belt cover is from Polaris for comparison.

I used two nuts and on the left studs, 1 nut and 2 washers in the middle, and none on the right. If you have a micrometer it helps. I basically doubled the numbers.

I never thought about using nuts. Definitely would be easier than the washers by themselves. I reinstalled last night and used 10, 5, 0 washers left to right. alignment is much better now
