Anyone who has seen a Slingshot in person, do you think it would be "safe" for a K9?

I've got a seat belt harness for my dog. He loves my convertible, which I'm looking at trading for an SUV if I buy a slingshot.... other than the fact he may shit himself, do you think it would be safe for him with a seat belt harness on? (no worries about a lack of door, etc since a human is relatively safe as well?)

This is what I bought for my Heeler when riding in the rock crawler:

Pack comes off and shoulder belt feeds through a loop on the back. Her amount of movement is dictated by how much I tighten the shoulder belt. So yeah, I'm planning on the pooch riding with me. If your harness does the same, you should be good to go!
