My thoughts are the horn is hidden and a WOLO is easy to hook up and only cost about 50 bucks....pretty loud too.

The stebel and the wolo bad boy are essentially the same horn. Looks like there is enough room under the hood to pick just about any aftermarket horn. I will probably hook up a stutter horn, which requires a siren speaker. Had one on the goldwing along with the stebel. Very loud, very unique, got attention fast.

There was already a thread that somebody spoke about concerning the horn, I do not remember what was the name of it but there was a lot of great information there, including some links with different sounds and different gadgets to replace the original horn.
If someone can help to find that thread they can poste it maybe this can help a little bit more to answer some of the questions here

From the Parts list, it looks like the Slingshot uses only one horn mechanism w/o a relay. A Stebel or Wolo or just about any reasonably loud horn will require a relay.
