I looked into Ontario. They require helmets and a motorcycle license, they just treat it as a motorcycle. My experience with Canada is they tend toward more cautious legislation, I assume Quebec is similar.
I’m going to be in Ontario sometime in the next month or so, was going to try to find an officer to ask how my drivers license would be treated. Michigan doesn’t require motorcycle endorsement for autocycles.
Great slingshotting up there in Kaybek.

Wanting to plan a trip to Montreal ,
Can anyone tell me if there is a helmet law in Canada?? Thanks
All provinces are different.

In Ontario, helmets are required but you only need a G license (car license), you don't need a motorcycle license. In Quebec, its the exact same, car license and helmets mandatory. I believe BC is no helmet required.

Quebec -

Ontario

Saskatchewan

British Columbia - Not classified as a motorcycle, so no helmet required

Newfoundland and Labrador

PEI, New Brunswick - helmet required. Motorcycle license with 3 wheel motorcycle endorsement required

Alberta - helmet required. Motorcycle license with 3 wheel motorcycle endorsement required

Nova Scotia - helmets required - Might be difficult to register in province, driving through should be no issues

Manitoba - helmet required - Car drivers License (class 5) required
