That rubber grommet holds your rearview mirror mount. They also have some your plastic windscreen too.

That type of part is also used to hold the windshield. They push in to the hole and expand when the 'bolt' tighten down..

Good answers, and if you don't find one missing on your machine, it may simply have been a loose factory assembly "stowaway" that finally shook free.

Haven't found anything missing yet and nothing appears to be loose...spare part for now I guess..

Usually for the windscreen the nut to the bolt but extras are always nice
