We haven't seen a lot of people take their Slingshots to the Autocross, but it is a great way to learn how the Slingshot will handle. Zach who is our resident autocross expert took our Slingshot to the local autocross last weekend to try it out and see how it does. He ended up with the 4th fastest time out of 90 vehicles with our slingshot running naturally aspirated, not too bad.

Here is a little video showing what the runs look like, if you have any questions, just let me know!

Damn, that's good placing. The slings really need a faster rack though.

Looks like a grand ole time! :)

Slingshots are pretty fast at autocross, but additional power usually doesn't help on these small courses. Tires/shocks make a huge difference though!

The Slingshot is great because you can see exactly where to place your front wheel on all left hand turns.

I have autocrossed mine 4 times and hate the steering...if there were a faster steering rack it would be so much better. I have taken it to one road course and man oh man does the Slingshot shine. I would rather have the road vs the cones any day.
