All to often we are quick to post negative reviews of vendors and forget the excellent job of some vendors. After this purchase from DDM I will have invested over 15k in upgrades to my Slingshot. I can say by far that DDM has given me the best experience in purchasing from them. Even though I used a secondary website to purchase the SuperCharger and Header: DDM available by email and phone. Their communication is timely and Dave went out of his to explain the process. Dave really believes in customer service and will take time out of his busy schedule to answer the phone and answer questions that you may have. This service is very rare. How many times have you called a vendor and received a voicemail only to be contacted days later after several messages? DDM Works knows how to take care of their customers. I glad that I choose this company to add the additional upgrades to my Slingshot. Great job Dave. I definitely recommend this company and their products.
