Congrats on getting it tossed. Glad the judge had common sense. Sucks to have to waste your time off work for such a lame ticket. Next time I expect it to be exhibition of speed.

That would be nice but there's lots of reasons for having a ticket dismissed. Still have family in the Bay Area and I like using the car pool lanes when I visit.

The judge didn't say anything the cop showed up and said its very area of the law its a motercucle bit not a motorcycle. The cop asked to have it dismissed. I said 7 words hello your honor thank you your honor

I commute with my Slingshot in the Bay Area using the HOV lanes as well as the 680 express lane with no issues. I've followed and been followed by CHP while in these lanes with no problems. No different than when I used my Spyder to commute (since 2008)

any one know if we can be in the HOV lane in CA in the slingshot if you are by your self. since its registered as a motorcycle. thanks in advance.

I have a 2015 an have over 45k miles. Live and drive in Calif. It came with a sticker on the center console that says this is a "motorcycle." I use the HOV lane all the time with no problem.
