While driving I heard a vibration and when I would brake I heard a banging sound. I pulled over and noticed I'm missing a bolt. Has anyone had this issue?

Hello, I know it's old post, but today is 2019,,Nov. And yesterday my bolt came out on a ride we were on, it hit my valve stem, let all air out and I wound up calling tow truck, got it fixed today..just seems weird it fell out? I think it was not torqued
.. did you get your torqued? If so could you tell me what foot lbs? Thanks ryd..p.s here is my email. [email protected] ttyl
