I want to take a moment to thank and give a job well done to Scott Conway, the owner of the Oklahoma City Indian Motorcycle dealership on 10th street, and his staff.

Since day one Scott and his family, also known as “staff”, have operated the dealership in a professional, supportive, and welcoming manner which I have rarely experienced. Kevin, the stores chief technician, is a true hard working professional who takes pride in his work. Kevin is currently a busy man with the success of the store but, is always welcoming and helpful whenever I drop in to just visit or need service.

I purchased a Polaris Slingshot LE from Scott in March. It’s been an absolute joy for my wife and myself but, as with all new and early model vehicles, some issues have surfaced. Scott and his “staff” have addressed each one without hesitation. Not only have they addressed and corrected each issue, Scott has allowed me to have third party vendors ship parts to his store for install.

I just can’t say enough good about Oklahoma City Indian Motorcycles. I fully endorse them if you are considering Indian or a Slingshot. They leave all other dealers I’ve worked with in the past “out to pasture.” Including every Harley dealer within a 200 mile range.

I totally agree. My husband purchased an Indian Scout from them and they were awesome. I purchased my Slingshot before they started carrying them, but they did some warranty work on it for me without any problems. 5 Star rating from us

I bought my Slingshot at Morris Motorsports in Chickasha and they were amazing! A buddy and I stopped by the Indian dealership in OKC yesterday and WOW, greatest bunch of people. They fixed my recall headlight issues on the spot and actually asked me if they could do it. Kudos to Indian OKC and their outstanding staff!!!

We bought our 2017 from Scott and family and we concur with the previous statements. An easy process and very comfortable place to drop a wad of money without issues. Have had one warranty repair done on a Saturday without hassle, they were just to glad to take care of us.

Thanks Scott and crew.

They had a used 2015 (asking 17.5k) that I offered 15K cash for, Scott never called back, in fact I called him back after 3 days, asked him why they never countered or called back, he went into a hissy fit claiming to have been selling for years....You don't treat customers like that. I took my business else where (Lawton Motor Sports) and went with a new 2016 SL.

I guess you can hit a guy on an off day and come away with a bad taste. What did you say to get Scott fired up, I have seen enough of him to know that he is pretty laid back. I had a brake light switch replaced there last Tuesday and just mentioned I would like to buy a push pin for the body work and before I left I was handed one and told don't worry about paying for it. Granted after buying a 25k machine there I would not expect for them to be my free parts source, but it was nice that they were in this one circumstance. Scott followed me out of the sales floor just to watch my new air ride lift the SS up for leaving, grinned and gave me two thumbs up. The tech there (Joe) is also very customer friendly, he called Polaris and had the new switch installed in just a few minutes. I did not have an appointment, just dropped by and he stopped working on a bike he was working on just to take care of me. They also took the time to look up a contact for the OKC SS Riders for me so I can get with other riders in the area, all I got to do is contact them.
