Hey guys and gals I am new to this group and new to Slingshots. Late summer I purchased this 15' Slingshot from one of the owners of Alpha (Henry) as this was his personal Sling. He has pretty much every upgrade Alpha had to offer at the time and one of them is the Alpha Big brake kit. I do not need pads now but down the road I will and since they arent in business anymore getting replacement pads might be a PIA. Does anyone know what pads and or part #s I will need for replacement? I asked Henry and he wasn't to sure and thought they might actually be off a c7 Vette? Can anyone confirm or point me in the right direction? Thank you
The production Alpha big brake kit used Bear Brake calipers, you might contact them and send them some pictures, they might be able to help you get the part number for the pads.
