I am really entertaining the idea of buying the PRP Seats but, I would love some feedback from another tall member describing their fitment in the new seats.

Also, can anyone please vouch for the quality of ride and comfort increase the seats provide? I want to make sure its a dramatic difference before pulling the trigger on them!

I'm 6'7'' and sensitive to both leg room (36" inseam) and seat angle (since I don't want to be completely upright). I currently have the stock seats all the way back and declined as much as possible in the remaining space.

Do the PRP seats provide more, equal, or less space both seat height and back position?

Are there any other recommendations for other seats that are better?

I'd appreciate any or all feedback from PRP owners.

Thanks in advance.

I'm also 6'7'' I bought the PRP seats last year At Eureka Springs. It moves you back further. That's the only option for us and it works. Also get a smaller steering wheel.
I am 6'5" and 265 as well. I have PRP SS ordered as well as a flat bottom steering wheel. Thise are good questions I was wondering as well. Do you have the SS or the original ones?

Use Search. Type PRP Seat into the search box and check the box for Search titles only, and uncheck the box for Search this forum only. You'll find the following thread and many, many others.

PRP seats- anyone swap out seat cushin to firmer foam ?
Thanks for the advice. I did that and saw a few posts right before creating this thread. People typically write to complain or ask for assistance solving a subjective problem serving their niche issue. I wanted to see if I could leverage this thread to get some real time active users of the PRP Seats to pop in and inform us on their account.

Additionally, I'm looking for reviews of the new PRP seats and many of the posts out there don't specify which seats are being discussed, pre release.

Not knowing what you mean by performance I can only guess you want comfort. Racing is another deal. Most people on this site are monkey see monkey do. The vendors are driving what is happening here. If they push it, it must be good. Someone went on here last year and talked about the KonTour seat company in Arizona. They are expensive recover of the Slingshot seats but most went after him telling him he was crazy to spend that kind of money ($1500) when you could buy new seats for that. Yes you can, but you still have hot sweaty seats. The Kontour seat is unbelievable, you can feel the air coming up the bottom of your shorts and the back of your shirt. The Slingshot can set in the sun for hours and the seats are cool. I had the headrest bump cut off while they were recovering. If you are not in a budget mode look up the site.
