I am a Design and mechanical engineering. lm looking for some 3D data of the slingshot.
if I get that data I can make a lot of new after market parts. if not then I will have to start from nothing and build the slingshot 3D model witch would take forever. any info would be great

    thanks

If you do think about the area below the lights down to the front wings. I have the corbin bags and upper fender, filling this area in would complete the look.

Awhile back, I tried taking lots of pics of my Slingshot from various angles and elevations all around the Sligshot and tried to use 123d Catch from Autodesk (123D Catch How To | Autodesk 123D) ,but I never seemed able to create a good 3D rendering. Seems like the process works pretty well for smaller objects, but I kept getting little gaps in the final rendering when trying to do the Slingshot.

You will need to re-scale. As is ( in sketchup) front wheels are ove 4' in diameter . Interior rendering isn't complete . Overall a decent starting point .

I use SolidWorks at work. I'd love to have a 3D model too. I'm not spending $95.00 for one though. lol
